Lead Alert Texts

Zotex Media ("ZOTEX LLC", "we", "us") offers an optional text message alert to our existing contracted clients. When we deliver a lead to a client, we can also send that client a short text so they see it on their phone straight away. This page explains exactly how that program works.
Who receives these messages
Only businesses that are already contracted clients of Zotex Media, and only at a mobile number that the client has given us themselves for this purpose.
- We do not send these messages to prospects, leads, or anyone who is not an existing client of ours.
- We do not purchase, rent, or otherwise obtain phone numbers from any third party for this program.
- Every number in this program was submitted by the client it belongs to, through the opt-in form described below.
What the messages contain
Each message tells the client that a new lead has been delivered to them, and gives them enough detail to act on it without opening their email. Every message identifies Zotex as the sender and carries the opt-out instruction. A message looks like this:
These are account notifications about the client's own service with us. They are not marketing messages, and we do not use this program to advertise anything.
How to opt in
We email each client a private link to an opt-in form. On that form the client enters the mobile number they want us to use and ticks a box that reads:
"Text this number when a new lead comes in. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop."
We record the date, time and IP address of that submission. No messages are sent to a number until this form has been submitted for it. Clients may also give us a number by replying to that email or telling our team by phone, in which case we record how the consent was given.
Message frequency
One message per lead delivered, and nothing else. How often that happens depends on how many leads we deliver to that client, which is typically a few per week. We do not send any other messages under this program.
How to stop the messages
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Messages stop immediately and permanently for that number.
- Reply START from that same phone to turn them back on.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at e.okudoh@zotexmedia.com.
- Message and data rates may apply.
An opt-out applies to the phone number, not to one account. If the same person receives alerts for more than one of our clients, replying STOP stops all of them.
Your number is never shared
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
