Zotex Media ("ZOTEX LLC", "we", "us") provides lead generation and outreach services for commercial cleaning companies. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Contact information you provide to us directly, such as your name, business name, email address, and phone number, for example during a phone call with our team or by submitting a form on our website.
- Communication records, such as emails and text messages exchanged with us, so we can respond to your requests.

How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide information you request.
- To provide and improve our services.
- To communicate with you by phone, email, or text message where you have agreed to it.

SMS / Text Messaging
We operate two separate text messaging programs. We never buy, rent, or receive phone numbers from third parties for either of them, and we never text a number that has not been given to us directly by the person or business it belongs to.
1. Lead alerts for our clients
If you are a contracted client of Zotex Media and you give us a mobile number through our opt-in form, we will text that number when we deliver a new lead to you. These are account notifications about your own service with us, not marketing.
- One message per lead delivered to you, and nothing else.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. Reply START from that phone to resume them.

2. Conversational follow-up
If you verbally agree during a phone call with our team to receive information by text message, we will send you conversational, one-to-one text messages from Zotex Media related to your request.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. This applies to both programs described above.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (such as hosting and communications providers), when required by law, or with your consent. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
Your Choices
- Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any marketing email.
- Request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
